Refund and Exchange Policy
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE:
- UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT;
- IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING;
- RETURNED TO US WITH A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
- Training and membership fees are never refundable.
- 24-hour notice is REQUIRED to cancel a private training session.
- Additional non-refundable items:
– Gift cards
– Any item purchased at sale price.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product for a refund or exchange, please do the following:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your issue with the product.
- Mail your item (or bring it in) to: granite bay jiu-jitsu, 4120 Douglas Blvd, Suite 309, Granite Bay CA 95746, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item for a refund. Such shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will pay the costs to ship you a new item in an exchange (or will hold it for you at our location for you to pick up). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping to us an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the shipper.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to process a credit varies. If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you (or held for pickup at our location).
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to himself or herself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser (and he or she will find out about your return).
